Wow! I loved Raymond Russell's last book called Deadly Endings, but this sequel is incredible! There's drama, a love affair and although it's loosely based on corruption and love in the Vatican after World War Two, it turns out to be true even today, with the latest news. "Cardinal Angelo Becciu was found guilty on multiple charges of corruption and sentenced to more than 5 years in prison." Like Russell's last book Deadly Endings, this one is impossible to put down throughout the last one hundred pages!
